Wrestlers compete in Cimarron

Some of the wrestling boys team as well as the girls competed in the Cimarron Invitational Friday.
Boys results
Zael Bermudez claimed the title at 106 pounds. He went 4-0 in round robin competition, with three of those wins by pin.
Bermudez won his final match in sudden victory.
Owen Ostberg finished second at 175. He lost an 8-5 decision in his title match. He won his first four matches by fall.
Brennen Bless placed seventh at 120 pounds. Jesse Lancaster was fifth at 132. Camden Bergkamp placed seventh at 150. Tanner Tarpley was fifth at 165.
Girls results
Ivy Davis placed second at 135 pounds. She won her first two rounds by fall, but she lost a 7-5 decision in her third match.
Sarah Peters finished third at 130. She went 3-3, with all three of her wins by fall.
Luna Vazquez placed fifth at 105. She went 2-0 in the consolation bracket, including one win by fall.
Kyleigh Perez won two matches in her round robin to finish fourth at 170.
Miley Roth won her seventh place match by fall at 125 pounds.
