Boys win big over Cimarron

The Lakin boys improved to 13-2 Friday with a 66-38 win at Cimarron.
The boys are riding an 8-game win streak.
After a 24-9 first quarter, the Broncs led 35-18 at halftime.
Lakin used an 18-10 third quarter to pull away for the win.
Lakin shot 57 percent from the floor, including 24 of 36 from inside the arc.
Cimarron shot just 37 percent from the floor, including just 9 of 26 from inside the arc.
The Broncs forced 23 turnovers, leading to 20 points. Lakin committed just 11 turnovers.
Lakin won the rebound battle, 26-16.
Austin Ritsema led the Broncs with 20 points, Colter Oldham had 10. Noah Garcia had nine.
Tyelor Holloway had eight and MJ Gonzales chipped in seven.
Ritsema had eight rebounds, Gonzales had four steals, and Adrik Gomez-Esuibel had eight assists.
