Football moves to 3-1

The Broncs football team traveled to Cimarron Friday and came home with a 38-20 victor to move to 3-1 for the season.
Lakin amassed 407 yards on 54 plays, 391 of those on the ground.
Ross Rider had two rushing touchdowns and 175 yards on just 13 carries, and Colter Oldham scored twice and ran for 154 yards on 27 carries.
Armando Salcido got Lakin on the scoreboard first with a 46-yard run in the first quarter.
Rider scored next on a 30-yard run, but the Bluejays answered on both, with the Broncs leading 16-12 at the end of one quarter.
Rider scored on a 17-yard run and Oldham from five yards out as the Broncs took a 30-20 lead by halftime.
Oldham scored for the second time, this time in the final period.with 9:19 left in the game from four yards.
Cimarron scored twice on rushes and once on a pass.
Oldham led the team with 10 tackles and Eli Bemis was in on six.
Blair Jones had an interception.
