Wrestlers compete at Goodland

The wrestling teams competed in the Goodland Holiday Classic Dec. 20-21.
Zael Bermudez placed seventh at 120, Brennen Bless 13th at 132, and Jesse Lancaster 11th at 138.
Remey Perez placed 11th at 144, Levi Lippelman with at 150, Camden Bergkamp eighth at 157, and Weston Loeppke 11th at 165.
Luna Vazquez led the girls with a fifth place finish at 110 pounds. She went 3-2 in her round robin, winning twice by decision and once by fall.
Paiton Talmadge went 2-2 at 130 to place sixth.
Miley Roth placed eighth at 125, finishing 2-3.
Sarah Peters placed 11th at 130 and Jersey Gonzalez 13th at 120.
