Broncs get win over Sublette

The boys basketball team picked up a dominant league win over Sublette, 73-28, Dec. 17 at home.
The Broncs held the Larks without a field goal for over 14 minutes in the first half, taking a 39-8 lead into halftime.
Lakin shot 47 percent from the field (26 of 48 from inside the arc) while Sublette converted just 17 percent (9 of 53).
The Broncs scored 50 points in the paint, outscored the Larks 20-6 on transitions, and won the rebounding 52-28.
Nico Doume led the Broncs with 25 points. Adrik Gomez-Esquibel had 11 points and Tyelor Holloway 10.
Gomez-Esquibel had four assists, Holloway had three steals, and Austin Ritsema had 16 rebounds to lead the Broncs.
