The Broncs won the first quarter 28-0 and shutout the Spartans 20-0 in the third, leading to a running clock in the final period.
Lakin was 44 percent from the floor, including 27 of 52 from inside the arc.
The Broncs outscored Deerfield 32-2 on transition, and they scored 62 of their points off of 45 Spartan turnovers.
The girls also outrebounded Deerfield 33-20.
They also recorded 30 assists and 19 assists, while committing just nine turnovers and 10 personal fouls.
Ten Broncs got in the scoring column, led by Jaya Esquibel with 17 and Sara Wright with 10.
Esquibel, Jara Davidson and Taegan Bachman led the team with four rebounds each,
Esquibel had seven steals and four assists, while Wright added five steals.
