The boys golf team competed in their first meet in over two years, placing fifth among seven teams at Buffalo Dunes golf course Tuesday.
In the Holcomb Invitational, the Broncs shot 435. Cimarron won the meet with a 350 and Syracuse was second, shooting 360.
The winning score came from Ciimarron's Tate Seabolt, who fired a 79 to win the event by four strokes.
Lakin sent four golfers to the meet.
Freshman Maddux Beltran led Lakin with a 102, good enough for 28th place among 54 golfers.
Junior Conner Hudson placed 30th (104), senior Hunter Davis was 36th (109) and senior Bohdi Smith was 45th (120).
